Beautiful retro vintage grey and black striped pleated bubble skirt with large external pockets.  Waistband with button and zipper closure on back.  Tag designer label is “AVA produced by Act-1”. Size and fabric is written in Japanese i believe so I can’t translate.  But waist is quite small.
